The 'Alerts' functionality allows you to set your own milestones, targets or warnings for specific subscriber retention metrics and get notified when that target is met.
Why would you use alerts?
You can now set alerts for your ChurnIQ™ metrics. This means that you can define your own targets for:
- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Churn rate
- Subscriber acquisition
- Lost revenue etc.
How can you set them up?
You can set up an alert just for yourself, or if you like for your entire team. Setting alerts up is very simple and can be done with a few clicks on the relevant metric tile.
Just remember to apply your preferred filters to the page before you set your target.
