This month, the video content professionals of the Middle East and Africa will reunite in person at the 2022 CABSAT convention. CABSAT is the region’s most competitive event for the video content industry, and will take place from May 17-19 at the Dubai World Trade Center.

Cleeng will attend the event alongside our partner Maas World, as well as Brightcove and NPAW. Together we will exhibit our complementary solutions in Hall 5, at Stand C5-31.

Cleeng’s presence in the MENA region

The MENA region is an important emerging market for Cleeng, due to its proven high potential for growth. In 2020 online sources reported a sharp increase of 77% year over year growth, a curve that is set to stabilize in the upcoming years. The OTT space is of interest to many regional broadcasters that rely on experts to launch or improve their subscriber management system and overall subscriber retention.

Cleeng is the Subscriber Retention Management™ company that specializes in the Media & Entertainment industry. We have a strong understanding of broadcaster needs in this region, after launching clients such as i24news. CABSAT offers the perfect tribune to demo the relevance of our SRM solutions to broadcasters that want to grow their revenue and beat churn.

What subscriber retention news can you expect at CABSAT?

At a time when subscriber churn is threatening even the most popular streaming brands, proactive subscriber retention is critical. Fortunately, with developing machine learning technology, we have access to greater insights than ever before.

Earlier this year Cleeng revealed a churn prediction engine with the power to predict subscriber churn with up to 92% accuracy. After just 2 weeks of processing subscriber data, Cleeng’s churn prediction dashboard can begin to detect patterns, and point out subscribers at-risk of churn.

With AI-powered predictive analytics, broadcasters can know exactly who to target with their engagement campaigns. This makes subscriber retention less of a guessing game, and promises higher ROI for all subscriber marketing efforts.

In addition to critical product updates, Cleeng will also unveil news of recent client signings. This will include details of our latest partnership with American sports network, Big Ten Network. Stop by stand C5-31 to find out how this internationally distributed sporting giant is leveraging Cleeng’s products to retain their subscribers.
